Activities:The shop, situated in the former Monte di Pietà, looks on to one of the most beautiful squares in Italy and sells high quality linen and tableware. Only Italian craft-products are sold, particularly prints, which were originally used to enhance home-woven cloth. Respecting tradition, we continue to perform prints on precious heavy linen cloths and hemp, using natural colours (rust and herbal juices) and old wooden prints that are beaten by hand to ensure that the colour penetrates completely, following an old Cusian technique for printing 18th Century floral designs.

Artisans with good taste and long years of experience, with the help of ancient wooden weaving looms, reproduce with great craftsmanship patterns from the Umbrian tradition including Giotto's frescoes from the basilica of Assisi; or using more modern machines, they create smooth damask fabrics.

The materials used are the ones our grandmothers traditionally used, especially soft linen on its own, or with shiny silk or cotton.

This all means that we obtain wonderful tablecloths, sheets, towels and other items even made to measure to give your home a personal touch.

Customers will not only have rare and extraordinary objects, but they will treasure them for years to come because our goods are made as they used to be.
